Here at Privilege Aluxes, we’re proud to offer such a comprehensive set of services to our cherished guests: part of the whole blissful package at our Isla Mujeres luxury resort.
We wanted to use this blogpost to announce an important update to our transportation services—read on for the details!
The Updated Privilege Aluxes Transportation Service Policy
Beginning this month (January 2018), we’re now only offering free transportation between the Cancun International Airport and the Privilege Aluxes resort to those guests of ours staying at least seven nights in one of our Platinum or Presidential suites.
A fee will be applied for all other guests requiring our transportation services, which can be requested using this online form.
However, for our loyal, returning guests who have previously used our transportation services we offer a discounted fee depending on your suite & length of stay. Please submit the online form for more details from our staff.
Transportation Services from Privilege Aluxes
If you require transportation from the Cancun International Airport to our resort paradise here on Isla Mujeres off the Yucatan coast, we’re happy to provide it!
All we need from you is some basic information about your itinerary, which you can supply via our online Transportation Form. Once you’ve shared those travel details, we’ll email you a transportation confirmation service number—and then we’ll be waiting to pick you up upon your arrival in Cancun!
It’s about a 20-minute trip by car, taxi, or shuttle from the Cancun International Airport to the Puerto Juarez Maritime Terminal (Gran Puerto), and from there a 20-minute ferry passage across the nearshore Caribbean to our fabled isle. Then it’s a quick five-minute taxi ride to Privilege Aluxes!
You can find more details on how to reach our resort right here.
The New Transportation Fee & Policy at Privilege Aluxes
So, to sum up: We still offer the same convenient transportation between the Cancun International Airport and Privilege Aluxes for our guests, but it now comes with a fee—unless you’re staying a minimum of seven nights in a Platinum or Presidential suite, in which case the service is free of charge. If you’ve used these services before and are booking one of these suites for at least five nights, meanwhile, your transportation fee will be reduced by 40 percent.
Our goal, always, is to provide our guests with the best and most efficient services, and this change in our transportation policy helps us keep doing that! We’ll see you on Isla Mujeres soon!
